1. Services
Utah SEO Experts provides the search, content, website, advertising, and marketing automation services described in your accepted quote or proposal. Work begins after the quote is accepted and any up-front payment is received.
2. Term and cancellation
Recurring services are billed month to month. There is no long-term contract. Either party may cancel recurring services with 30 days written notice to service@utahseoexperts.com. Fees already billed for the current period are not refundable, and work completed through the cancellation date remains payable.
3. Fees and billing
Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same day each month. One-time project fees are billed as set out in the quote, typically a deposit to start and the balance at delivery. Advertising budget is paid directly to the advertising platform and is not part of our fee.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the websites, analytics, advertising, and business profiles needed to perform the work, along with reasonable review and approval of deliverables. Delays in access or approvals may shift timelines.
5. Ownership
You own your website content, data, domain, analytics, and advertising accounts. Deliverables produced for you become yours once paid in full. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates, and processes.
6. Results
Search rankings, traffic, and conversion outcomes depend on factors outside any agency's control, including search engine algorithms and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Each accepted quote records the terms version in effect at acceptance. The current version is 2026-01-01, effective January 1, 2026.
